BRENTWOOD, TN - 02/21/2019 /EASY NEWSWIRE/ — Brentwood, TN – February 2019 – Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare (“Odyssey”), a portfolio company of a fund affiliated with The Carlyle Group, acquired the River Centre Clinic, an eating disorder treatment center in Sylvania, Ohio on February 8, 2019.
Odyssey, headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, has a diverse network of intensive residential behavioral health facilities across the treatment spectrum. Odyssey provides a continuum of care treating eating disorders, psychiatric, and dual diagnosis disorders. The acquisition of the River Centre Clinic will expand Odyssey’s operations to seven behavioral health locations with 264 beds and affiliated outpatient services in six states.
